Penny Milczewski
I am a retired Mental Health Counselor, living in Bellingham, Washington. Before retiring from the Lummi Tribal Health Center, I served 10 years there as a psychotherapist, specializing in Trauma and Attachment issues for children and adults. Prior to moving to Bellingham, I lived and worked in Yakima WA for 30 years; 16 years in public social services and 14 years in private therapy practice. I have two adult sons. My husband John and I love boating in the waters of the Pacific Northwest, and are active in the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary.
